As a junior student, you study in mixed-nationality, junior-only groups at one of our summer school centres. You can also join one of our specialist English courses in film making, drama or journalism in the afternoon.
All our junior course materials are written and updated by IH Bristol teachers annually. We guarantee a unique study experience for our students, taught by teachers who understand the aims and outcomes of each and every lesson.

• Classes run from 9am to 12.30pm or 9.30am to 1pm every day. You learn from our own specially written study booklets, designed specifically for teenagers.
• Every lesson covers a different topic so you can be sure we will include many different areas in a two-week or three-week programme.
• Classes are normally limited to 15 students (maximum 16).

Homestay families provide two meals a day, included in the price of your accommodation. You have a private bedroom with somewhere to put your clothes, and a table to work at. Every day you eat with members of the host family at breakfast and in the evening, and you can have meals together at weekends.
