Intensive Spanish Course

The Intensive course aims at developing your communicative competences in the four main skills: speaking, reading, listening and writing. The lessons provide you contextualized grammar and expose you to the local culture. Teachers will assign you out of-class exercises to reinforce the content of the lessons.

Goals

To prepare the Participant to approach different situations of everyday life in Spanish for either personal, professional or educational purposes. To help students develop intercultural skills, as well as to support the effective learning progress.

Course Features

Number of students per class: Small Groups - from 3 to 9 students, depending on the location in Latin América & from 5 to 12 students,depending on the location in Spain.
Lessons per week: This course includes 20 or 25 Spanish Group lessons, depending on the location.
Lesson Length: 1 Lesson = 40 to 55 minutes, depending on location.
Minimum Age: 16 years old (For all regular courses in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza, Santiago and Antigua); 18 years old, the rest of the destinations.
Minimum Duration: 1 week.
Levels: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced.

After placement tests results are known, groups may be reduced due to relocation based on language level. If there is only one or two students per class, the number of hours taken are also reduced up to a 50% (fifty), replacing the group classes with private lessons.
