"The best experience of my life"

Everything was excellent. The family was the best that I could have ever had. Teachers very nice and professional. They cared for my personal needs and helped me improve a lot. The size of the classes is perfect for personal follow-up and attention. The facilities are plenty and well equipped. My students group was very friendly. The social activities were very well organized and fun.

Climate a bit tough but a new experience for me.

We offer English lessons only. We do not have any special program for families. We can only accept students under 18 years old during summer time and winter time, when we have specific junior course (14-17 years old)

"I have a prospective student from France who would like to study at International Language Academy of Canada Toronto. The student is only 13 years old and is below the minimum age of 14 years old required to join the course below. Can you make an exception and accept our student into the program? We have informed the student's family that the minimum age is 14 years old. The student's family is fully aware that the student will be with other students who are older. The student will live at her aunt's place. Is it possible to attend the course for 2 weeks without accommodation?"

If she stays with her aunt, we can totally open an exception.

"I have 2 prospective students from Venezuela who would like to study at Global Village: Toronto. The students are brothers and would like to live together in a private apartment. We have the price below for an apartment. Is this a private apartment or a shared one? Can they stay together in this apartment? Would this price be per person or per apartment?"

The only apartments available for the requested term are the 1-bedroom downtown condominium apartments. The apartments are upscale and are located about 10 minutes by TTC from the school (or about 20-25 minutes on foot).

"I have a prospective student from Iraq who would like to study at International Language Academy of Canada. Can you please confirm if the course and accommodation listed below are still available?"

This student wants to choose TOEFL preparation, but says his level is elementary. The TOEFl preparation course starts at level pre-advanced (level 10 ILAC), I suggest he books a general English course instead so he can reach the requested level and then train for the exam. He will stay 40 weeks with us so it will give him time, he should be fine. The price is exactly the same, nothing changes, but the program would be more adapted. Once he is at the school he will meet our academic director and choose the
best options to reach is objectives.
