Some of the activities included in the Vancouver Leisure Program include sports, sightseeing, museums, shopping tours, hikes, cinema, barbecue, picnic, international student parties and many more activities.

Our Vancouver schools lies just minutes from the city's renowned shopping area, Robson Street. Being downtown gives our students the advantage of having the Skytrain, bus stops, local shops and Stanley Park all within walking distance from our school and locals of the area will tell you that the best way to get around the city is by foot, bike or boat.
The best way to get around Vancouver city is by foot, bicycle or even by boat. The school is located in the heart of Gastown and very close to the Waterfront station, main transportation hub. Although, without using public transport everything is fairly close in Vancouver. Next door from the school is a bike rental. One can walk or cycle from the school to Stanley Park to escape into the nature and admire some of the first nation’s art or walk along the seawall while enjoying great views of the city. Otherwise, mountain view opens from Canada Place, 2-3 minutes away from the school. The exact location of our school is at the junction of West Pender and Bute. Around this area there are numerous restaurants and cafes, pubs and bars, banks, and shopping malls. Students staying at a homestay enjoy total immersion in their chosen language and culture. By staying with locals, students get to discover the customs and idioms of their destination from the word go, sampling authentic local cooking and uncovering how the locals really live.
Learning continues when lessons finish. Our friendly homestays are experienced in hosting international students and play an integral part in their learning experience. Rooms are always shared with other fellow students of the same gender.
Depending on the location, host families may be located outside of the town centre, meaning students get to know parts of their destination which usually remain undiscovered by tourists. Many, but not all homestays offer Wi-Fi Internet. Where unavailable, students can take advantage of internet cafés in the local area.
