French lessons take place in the morning from 9am to 12.15pm (15 min break) then a staff member supervises the children during lunch on the terrace at the inlingua Centre or beside the sea (meal not included).
Activities begin at 1.30pm or 2pm and finish around 6pm depending on the programme.
The activities offered are very varied and stimulating for the participants: accrobranche (treetop adventure park), crazy golf, bubble foot, orienteering, bowling, games library, themed visits in town, museum visits, rock climbing, team sports on the beach…
Supervision is provided by qualified staff, guaranteeing the highest level of safety. Transport when necessary is provided either by public buses or the centre’s minibus.

First of all the host family was great. The lady I was staying at was very kind and I lived one minute by foot from the school. The classes were fine it was just very hot in the first week which of course isn’t the teacher’s fault. The teachers tried the lessons as interesting as possible. Accommodation with a host family offers the chance to speak French in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere and the occasion to familiarize yourself with local customs and traditions.

Our team knows these families well, selected not only for their hospitality, the comfort of their home but also for the warmth of atmosphere therein.
Our host families are located close to our centers: you can expect to travel between 10 and 30 minutes maximum on foot, public transport or by bicycle (very popular means of transport in La Rochelle or on the Ile de Ré) to rejoin your host family.
If you come by car please let us know at the time of enrolment. This offer of accommodation is open to those over 18.
However, minors with parental permission may also apply. If this option interests you, you must complete your enrolment at least 3 weeks before the date of arrival. The stay extends from Sunday (arrival late afternoon) to Saturday (departure in the morning). For stays in La Rochelle the family will meet you at the train station or the airport of La Rochelle.
